Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Survey Technician to join our team.

This role will assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal description, and computing survey points. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, knowledge of ALTA surveys, and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center; familiarity with LiDAR and field coordination is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, easement docs, legal descriptions, final plat prep.
• Ability to operate AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center for production.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate projects with field crews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production and data processing.
• Prepare deeds, boundary analyses, and easement documents.
• Compute survey points and support project coordination.
