Jobot is seeking an Experienced Survey Manager for its Riverside office in California. You will lead a talented team on landmark projects across Southern California, coordinating with internal and external partners to turn clients’ visions into reality.

The ideal candidate holds a California PLS license, has 5+ years of office mapping experience, and can manage multiple deadlines while mentoring staff. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• California PLS license required and 5+ years of office mapping experience on private land development and/or public works projects.
• Knowledge of California Subdivision Map Act, Professional Surveyors Act, and local Civil Codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD drawings including boundary surveys, topographic maps, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, as-built surveys, and subdivision maps.
• Process deliverables with City and County agencies; coordinate with staff, clients, and partners.
• Demonstrate leadership and mentor team members; manage multiple project deadlines.
