Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Senior Land Surveyor to lead our Riverside survey team. You will oversee projects, mentor crews, ensure quality deliverables, and maintain client relationships, while managing schedules and budgets in a fast-growing civil engineering context.

The ideal candidate has a CA PLS, a bachelor’s in surveying or geomatics, and 6+ years of experience in boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys, with Pro/E AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble/Leica proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• Professional Land Surveyor license in California.
• 6+ years of land surveying experience, including project management.
• Experience with boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and surveying software (Trimble, Leica).
• Strong knowledge of ALTA/NSPS surveys and local regulations.
• Proven ability to manage survey crews, schedules, and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
