Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a surveying and geospatial firm in Virginia Beach to recruit a Survey Office Manager who will lead the Virginia Beach operation and oversee field and technical teams.

The role focuses on project oversight, budgeting, QA/QC, client relationships, proposals, and staff development, with preference for candidates holding a PLS/LS license and Virginia experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PLS/LS license.
• Experience leading survey projects and teams.
• Experience managing budgets, clients, and staff.
• Background in boundary, ALTA, topo, and construction surveying.
• Virginia/Hampton Roads experience strongly preferred.
