The ideal candidate holds a Florida PLS license, has 8–10 years of FDOT experience, and aims to obtain licensure in additional states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Florida.
• Desire to obtain licensure in additional states.
• 8–10 years of FDOT survey experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Judgment and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the survey team to meet schedules, client requests and production expectations.
• Build a team and manage project budgets and client relations.
• Coordinate and manage outside survey subcontractors.
• Implement QA/QC practices for final survey deliverables.
• Develop fees and write / review proposals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
