Volkert Inc. is seeking an experienced Survey Lead for our Southeast Region in Gainesville, FL. The role oversees survey staff, delivers land surveys and documents, and helps win work while maintaining budgets and schedules.

Requirements include Florida licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor, 8–10 years FDOT survey experience, and strong communication skills. The position emphasizes safety, QA/QC, and coordinated management of internal and external teams.

• Develop fees and write/review proposals.
