Impact Recruitment in Gainesville, FL is seeking an experienced Survey Lead to oversee survey operations and mentor a technical staff of land surveyors. You will manage budgets, schedules, client relationships, and quality control to deliver accurate survey documents and deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida PLS license, 8–10 years of FDOT surveying experience, and proven leadership and communication skills to build a high-performing team and win new work.

• Active Florida Professional Land Surveyor license required.
• 8–10 years of FDOT surveying experience.
