Job summary

Weill Cornell Medicine on the Upper East Side seeks a Third Party Program Surrogacy Coordinator to support the Donor Egg department. You will manage patient care coordination, educate Intended Parents and gestational carriers, and serve as a liaison among IPs, GCs, agencies, attorneys, labs, and billing to ensure compliant, smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for Intended Parents and Gestational Surrogacy patients.
• Schedule consultations and manage testing and screening.
• Liaise with IPs, GCs, agencies, attorneys, labs, and billing.
• Ensure HIPAA and billing compliance; support audits.
• Attend weekly Third Party Program meetings; cover others when needed.
• Improve operations to optimize patient experience.
• Educate patients about embryo creation and donor coordination.
• Coordinate care for directed donors and recipients.
