Over The Rainbow Surrogacy is seeking a Senior Surrogacy Case Manager / Program Coordinator to join our growing boutique agency. This remote, full-time role focuses on managing gestational carrier journeys from match through postpartum and delivering exceptional support to intended parents and carriers.

The ideal candidate has direct surrogacy-industry experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Prior professional surrogacy-industry experience is required.
• Direct experience managing gestational surrogacy journeys.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational and deadline management skills.
• Strong ownership, proactive communication, and empathy.
• Highest integrity when handling sensitive personal information.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage gestational carrier journeys from match through postpartum.
• Serve as primary contact for intended parents and gestational carriers.
• Coordinate medical screenings, psychological clearances, and legal steps.
• Maintain accurate case notes, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Identify problems early and escalate appropriately.
• Assist with GC recruitment and matching processes.
• Support team operations and CRM maintenance.
