Job summary

IVIRMA North America is seeking a Surrogacy & Donor RN Coordinator to join the RMA of Utah practice. You will collaborate with a specialized clinical team to manage patient care for egg donors, sperm donors, and gestational carriers.

You will ensure FDA compliance, provide patient education, and support physicians by addressing care issues. Strong counseling and interpersonal skills are essential to maintain compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Active RN license required.
• BLS and/or ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience with oocyte/sperm donors and gestational carriers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical team to manage care of patients using third party reproduction.
• Ensure FDA compliance with patient chart reviews for eligibility determinations.
• Provide information and commentary to support patient care plans and physician directives.
• Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Address patient concerns using multidisciplinary team approaches.
• Educate patients about treatment plans and medications.
• Follow up on lab values and semen analysis results.
• Assist physicians with in-office procedures as needed.
