Over The Rainbow Surrogacy is seeking a Senior Surrogacy Case Manager / Program Coordinator to oversee gestational carrier journeys from match through postpartum. Qualifications

• Prior professional surrogacy-industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage gestational carrier journeys from match through postpartum.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for intended parents and gestational carriers.
• Coordinate medical screening, psychological clearance, background checks, legal clearance, insurance, escrow, medications, embryo transfer, pregnancy milestones, delivery and postpartum needs.
• Identify potential problems early and proactively work toward solutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case notes, records, deadlines and follow-ups.
