Socket.dev is seeking a Third-Party Reproductive Coordinator to support patients from initial consultation through treatment start. This fully remote role partners with physicians and care teams to provide information on IVF cycles, donor options, and gestational carriers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare, 1+ year as a Third Party Coordinator, and IVF experience. The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of healthcare work experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Third Party Coordinator strongly preferred.
• Prior IVF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for intended parents, ovum donors, and gestational carriers from initial consultation through treatment start.
• Provide information on treatment cycles including IVF, donor cycles, gestational carriers, and other third-party options.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and clinic protocols.
• Review patient records, coordinate tests, and track pre-cycle requirements.
• Assist with consents, documentation, and communication with external agencies.
• Support outside physicians using the clinic's services.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Cross-train and provide coverage as needed.
