Job summary

BD is seeking a Surgical Wound Irrigation Sales Manager to drive adoption and market expansion of the Surgiphor portfolio across strategic accounts in the U.S. You will collaborate with National Accounts, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to accelerate growth and establish BD as the preferred partner.

The role requires 5+ years of medical device sales, 3+ years in Surgical Wound Irrigation, strong relationship building with hospitals, and ability to travel up to 75% with overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical device/medtech.
• Preferably 3+ years in Surgical Wound Irrigation products.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, penetration, and market expansion of Surgiphor portfolio.
• Collaborate with National Accounts, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.
• Train 1099 reps and maintain relationships with hospitals.
• SFDC pipeline and forecasting management.
• Travel up to 75% with overnights; develop key KOL relationships.
