Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical devices/MedTech.
• 3+ years selling Surgical Wound Irrigation products preferred.
• Ability to work in OR environments and tolerate long hours.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations and in-servicing for clinical staff.
• Expand accounts beyond initial 1099-driven opportunities and manage 1099/IDN partnerships.
• Maintain SFDC funnel and forecast; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Achieve annual sales targets and drive market share for Surgiphor.
• Build relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and KOLs; provide feedback for market needs.
