Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive adoption and expansion of the Surgiphor portfolio across key accounts in the United States. The role blends clinical engagement with accountable sales execution, collaborating with National Accounts, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to accelerate growth.

You will lead training for 1099 reps, develop relationships with surgeons and KOLs, manage the SFDC pipeline, and travel up to 75% of the time. A strong track record in medical device sales is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in medical devices/medtech preferred.
• Preferably 3+ years selling Surgical Wound Irrigation products.
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with hospitals and field staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, penetration and market expansion of BD Surgiphor across assigned accounts and geographies.
• Collaborate with National Accounts, Direct/Indirect Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to accelerate growth.
• Train and support 1099 reps; travel within territory up to 75% with overnights.
• Develop relationships with key surgeons and KOLs; manage SFDC pipeline and forecasting.
• Meet and exceed annual sales goals; manage territory budget and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with BD Quality Policy and ethics policies.
