Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Surgiphor portfolio across strategic accounts. You will drive adoption, penetration and market expansion, collaborating with National Accounts, Direct/Indirect Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs to accelerate growth and position BD as the preferred partner for surgical wound irrigation solutions.

This role requires deep clinical understanding, ability to travel up to 75% (overnights), manage SFDC funnel, train 1099

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in medical device/medtech.
• 3+ years of Surgical Wound Irrigation sales preferred.
• Ability to operate in Operating Room and stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Train 1099 Reps
• Expand accounts beyond Orthopedic
• Maintain SFDC Pipeline and forecasting
• Develop thorough knowledge of the BD Surgiphor portfolio
• Drive Surgeon education in partnership with 1099 partners
• Achieve sales goals and grow BD Surgiphor in designated area
• Position yourself as a product specialist educating stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and sales teams
