Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Territory Manager, Surgical Workplace to drive sales of surgical lights, booms, tables, and video integration in the Hartford region. You will balance replacement, renovation, and new construction opportunities, aiming to increase market share and strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities include planning and tracking all sales cycle events, delivering ROI analyses, and coordinating post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years medical device/capital sales experience, including direct selling to physicians and hospitals; or 4 years of applicable clinical experience with sales aptitude.
• Experience in OR preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop strategic sales plans and manage all sales cycle events.
• Forecast sales data weekly with accuracy and completeness.
• Provide ROI or business case information to justify purchasing Getinge products.
• Manage post-sales support and territory forecasting, closing, and service.
