Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Territory Manager, Cardiac Surgery to drive strategic account management and revenue growth in a defined geographic region. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, working with hospital personnel and physicians to promote Getinge products.

You will develop territory plans, forecast revenue, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to align strategies with company goals. A background in cardiac surgery devices and ER/OR environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 3+ years in medical device sales in OR/ICU settings.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close contracts across departments.
• Experience driving capital sales and IDN/enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key business partner to hospital clients and develop relationships.
• Sell Getinge products to meet revenue and unit growth targets within the territory.
• Develop and implement Territory Business Plan with Regional Manager reviews.
• Promote products and pricing strategies considering competition and customer needs.
• Provide accurate rolling revenue forecasts and meet forecast targets.
• Engage hospital personnel and physicians to address needs with Getinge solutions.
