Job summary

Getinge seeks a Territory Manager for Surgical Workflows Full Line (SWF) to drive sales and support across Indiana and northern Kentucky. You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong customer relationships, and promote equipment lines, training programs, and service contracts.

The role emphasizes planning, prioritization, and collaboration with regional teams to grow market share and customer loyalty while ensuring compliance and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years medical device/capital sales experience, including direct selling to physicians and hospitals; OR 4 years of clinical experience with sales aptitude.
• Experience in the Operating Room (OR) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets within the territory.
• Develop strategic sales plans for all opportunities, and manage the sales cycle.
• Forecast and monitor weekly sales data for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide ROI or business-case information to justify purchases of Getinge products.
• Manage forecasting, closing, and post-sales support for the territory.
• Promote Getinge product offerings, including equipment lines and service contracts.
• Sell to installed base and market to new customers to replace competitors.
• Lead follow‑up, territory planning, and resource coordination.
