Carle Health is seeking skilled Surgical Technicians to join our Operating Room team in Oklahoma City. We offer varied shifts and scheduling options to fit your lifestyle and career goals while supporting patient‑centered care.

The role requires completing an Associate’s Degree and Surgical Technology credential, with BLS certification within 30 days. You will scrub, prep, and assist with procedures, and participate in room turnover and instrument sterilization.

Qualifications

• Assists in sterile prepping and maintaining aseptic technique during procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge of anatomy, physiology, microbiology and pharmacology relevant to surgery.
• Applies basic electronics and technology concepts used in the OR environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile environment and assists scrubbing for procedures.
• Organizes supplies and equipment for efficient room turnover and setup.
• Ensures safety, compliance with policies, and proper documentation of loads and disinfection.
