Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Surgical Technology certificate required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
• Specialized knowledge of sterile technique and perioperative care.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile environment and asepsis during surgical sets.
• Assists with supplies, equipment, and room turnover to keep department efficient.
• Scrubs for procedures and assists with patient positioning.
• Performs sterilization of instruments and documents loads per policy.
• Supports intraoperative team and ensures patient safety.
