Zusammenfassung

Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center is seeking a Surgical Technology professional for full-time, 2nd shift (1400-2230) in the operating room. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus with distance-based relocation and an additional $2,000 sign-on for PM shifts at ASLMC.

Pay range for the role is $26.55–$39.85 per hour; on-site duties include sterile technique, instrument handling, and room setup. No prior experience is required; completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program and BLS certification

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in Surgical Technology.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Provide a clean, safe and efficient area for patient care.
• Assist in preparation and draping of the surgical area and passing instruments.
• Maintain sterile technique and environmental safety in the OR.
• Assist with patient positioning, transport, and equipment setup.
• Respond to equipment/supply issues and ensure availability of supplies.
