Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin's Milwaukee metro area seeks a Surgical Technologist to support the St. Luke's Medical Center operating room. You will assist surgeons, maintain a sterile field, prepare instruments, and ensure room readiness for procedures.

No experience required. Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program and BLS certification within 6 months. Evening shift, on-call obligations, $10,000 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 6 months.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform patient positioning as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides a clean, safe, and efficient operating room environment for surgical cases.
• Assists surgeons by passing instruments and supplies and maintaining a sterile field.
• Prepares and drapes the surgical area and ensures availability of equipment and supplies during procedures.
• Transports equipment and maintains instrument carts and sterile supplies.
