Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, WI, is recruiting a Surgical Technologist for full-time status (.9 FTE) with 72 hours per pay period on the PM/late shifts. This role includes call rotation and a pay range of $26.55–$39.85 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $12,000 based on experience.

Join a team with 7 ORs, strong nursing support, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. BLS and surgical technology credentialing are required or obtainable within six months.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in Surgical Technology.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart Association within 6 months if required.
• No prior experience required; willing to train.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preparatory, scrubbing and related in OR to support patient care.
• Assist with surgical cases in all specialty areas.
• Maintain sterile field and aseptic techniques throughout procedures.
