Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification for healthcare providers is required.
• Completion of an accredited Operating Room Technician (ORT) program.
• Eligible candidates may include recent grads from a recognized surgical tech program or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile field and safety in the operating room.
• Prepare room and instruments for procedures and assist surgical staff.
• Handle sharps and fire-safety procedures according to policy.
• Assist with sterile processing and post-procedure room turnover.
• Be available for on-call shifts with rapid response time.
