Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team. You will provide scrub support for a 9-room state-of-the-art acute-care facility with a diverse surgical portfolio.

This full-time day-shift role offers a $10k sign-on bonus and a clear career ladder. Reporting to a CST Educator, you’ll work with a team ranging from new grads to 30+ years of experience, across orthopedics, ENT, general, bariatric, vascular, plastics, and thoracic cases.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Surgical Technologist Program or hospital-based training with two+ years scrub experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide scrub support for a 9-room acute-care operating suite.
• Assist with a diverse case load including orthopedics, ENT, general, bariatric, vascular, plastics and thoracic procedures.
