The role ensures accurate surgeon blocks, case lengths, and day assignments while coordinating payroll data, billing, and documentation under a licensed provider's supervision.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, formal medical assistant training, and 5 years of scheduling/clinical experience, with BLS certification preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a formal medical assistant training program is required.
• 5 years of scheduling and clinical experience are required.
• Preferred: experience with surgery scheduling in ambulatory care settings.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
