Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient procedures with the clinical team.
• Obtain insurance authorizations for surgical procedures.
• Assist patients with scheduling pre-procedure testing.
• Inform patients of surgical appointments and pre-procedural requirements.
• Handle incoming call volume promptly and professionally.
• Provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Provide call confirmations to patients.
• Enter pertinent information into the electronic medical record accurately.
