Responsibilities

• Proficient in-patient scheduling to support CUH mission.
• Handle professional telephone etiquette and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Interface with patients and clinical staff to communicate results and scheduling needs.
• Support the checkout office, scheduling procedures after visits.
• Provide accurate information to patients regarding test results and reschedule as needed.
• Answer calls, direct to the correct party, check voicemails, and return missed calls.
• Ensure accurate pre-registration and health coverage information.
• Escalate operational, provider, or patient complaints to leadership.
• Understand medical insurance and billing processes.
• Work well under stress and maintain high efficiency.
• Maintain strong emphasis on customer service.
