Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures, pre-operative, and follow-up appointments.
• Secure all pertinent patient testing information.
• Produce and maintain weekly surgical log.
• Verify patient insurance.
• Identify scheduling barriers and implement solutions.
• Interact with patients, physicians, and staff within the clinic and at outside facilities.
• Assist with front desk coverage as needed.
• Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail as applicable.
• Ensure procedure preps are mailed to patients.
• Efficiently work scheduling queue to meet productivity goals.
• Plan daily schedule of the assigned modality ahead of time per policy.
