• Acts as primary liaison between patients, physicians, and clinical staff during appointments.
• Processes payments and may manage contracts with insurers.
• Coordinates surgical cases, including OR block time and pre/post-op appointments.
• Performs outreach for new patient visits and transfer-of-care scheduling.
• Provides administrative support for the clinic when needed.
