Sturdy Memorial Hospital is seeking a Surgical Scheduler to manage the scheduling of elective surgeries. You will collaborate with surgeons, surgical schedulers, and PCP offices to ensure accurate referrals and authorization processes, while communicating with patients with clarity and compassion.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in a medical office, strong English communication, and excellent organizational skills. An Associate degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Three to five years previous experience in medical office.
• Command of verbal and written English; strong interpersonal communication and good organizational skills.
• Understanding of referral and prior authorization process.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills; able to work collaboratively with surgeons, schedulers, and PCP staff; effective patient communication.
