St. Charles Health System is seeking a Surgery Scheduler to coordinate surgery and procedure scheduling across multidisciplinary specialties.

The scheduler works with specialty providers and patients to ensure preoperative visits are completed and all authorizations are in place. The role requires about one year of healthcare scheduling and registration experience, knowledge of EPIC, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• One year of healthcare scheduling experience.
• Experience with patient registration in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with EPIC or similar scheduling systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedule all procedures and coordinate preoperative visits.
• Collaborate with OR, MDU, and clinic teams to align schedules.
• Provide clear patient instructions for procedures and follow-up.
• Maintain and analyze scheduling data to improve效率 and workflows.
