Job summary

Sight360 is seeking a Surgical Coordinator to manage scheduling of surgeries, appointments, and reminders across clinic locations. You will coordinate pre- and post-operative instructions, handle documentation, and liaise with insurance providers to ensure clean surgical clearances.

The role requires organizing surgical schedules, managing inventory, and providing excellent patient service while traveling between clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Surgical Coordinator.
• Experience providing administrative support in a health care setting.
• Understanding of medical terminology and medical coding.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients' surgeries and appointments and send reminders.
• Answer phones and emails and provide information on surgical times and instructions.
• Prepare bills and submit to insurance companies.
• Assist patients with documents and sign-in procedures.
• Manage surgical documents and input patient information.
