Sight360 is seeking a dedicated Surgical Coordinator to handle scheduling with surgeons, patient reminders, pre-surgical testing, and insurance coordination. The role involves travel between clinic locations and possible overtime to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities include preparing bills, managing patient documents, and ensuring all surgical cases are scheduled promptly according to physician directions. Full-time on-site position in Florida.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience as Surgical Coordinator preferred.
• Healthcare administrative support experience required.
• Understanding of medical terminology and coding required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgeon appointments and surgeries; confirm times.
• Call and remind patients; reschedule as needed.
• Prepare bills and submit to insurers.
• Assist patients with documents and check-in.
• Ensure equipment and rooms readiness for surgeries.
• Manage surgical paperwork and post-surgery data.
• Coordinate across clinic locations; potential travel or OT if needed.
