Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related work experience with knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with physicians, office staff and coworkers to provide excellent customer service.
• Create and schedule patients for surgical/procedural procedures in the Scheduling module and print daily/ weekend schedules as needed.
• Answer all incoming phone calls with proper greeting and manage voicemail promptly.
• Respond to department emails as assigned in rotation.
• Rearranges cases upon request from physicians or department staff for various labs.
