Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of hospital or medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets priorities and organizes work.
• Schedules patient procedures to ensure efficient processing (OR, GI lab, 23-hour stay).
• Coordinates with anesthesia groups to confirm coverage.
• Verifies patient data for billing and chart accuracy.
• Ensures all necessary paperwork for patients is received and filed.
