Job summary

Inspira Health Network in Vineland, NJ is seeking a focused Surgical Scheduler to manage centralized scheduling for surgical, interventional radiology, and cardiology procedures. The role requires at least 1 year in a clinical hospital or physician practice clerical setting, with preferred experience in health insurance environments

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a clinical hospital role or similar clerical role in a physician practice setting.
• High School required.
• Experience with Cerner and insurance tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgical, interventional radiology, and cardiology procedures.
• Coordinate patient documentation and verification of required paperwork.
• Communicate with clinical teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy of schedules.
• Serve as primary point of contact for patients throughout the procedural process.
