Job summary

IVIRMA Global is seeking a Surgery Scheduler in Basking Ridge, NJ. The role requires coordinating surgical dates, times, and locations, and ensuring proper coding and insurance information is collected.

Must have 2+ years in surgical scheduling and be proficient with Microsoft Office; EMR experience is preferred. Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm, with comprehensive benefits for 30+ hour workers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in surgical scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with medical office software/EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all surgical procedures and ensure proper clinical and insurance coding information.
• Arrange logistics of patient surgeries, set times and venues, handle paperwork and admin tasks.
• Provide patient support, answer questions and alleviate anxieties about procedures.
• Ensure required pre- and post-operative documentation is completed and filed.
