Job summary

IVIRMA Global is seeking a dedicated Surgery Scheduler for our Basking Ridge, NJ location. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, and requires at least 2 years of surgical scheduling experience.

You will coordinate procedures, manage logistics, and communicate with patients and care teams to ensure seamless surgeries. The position emphasizes accurate documentation, insurance coding, and pre/post-operative paperwork support, with a comprehensive benefits package after 30 hours

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in surgical scheduling.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; basic 25-word keyboarding.
• Experience with EMR software systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all surgical procedures and ensure accurate coding information.
• Arrange logistics of patient surgeries, set times and venues, and handle paperwork.
• Answer patient questions and provide reassurance to ease anxiety.
