Job summary

Coast Surgical is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support surgeons, collaborate with medical teams, and introduce innovative technology to patients across an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in surgical/operating room settings.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Outside B2B sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage territory by building relationships with surgeons, admins, and dealer partners.
• Present product overviews, training sessions, and tailored business plans.
• Attend surgeries, trade shows, and team training events.
• Use CRM tools to track opportunities and support planning.
• Participate in onboarding, development, and team learning.
• Lift up to 35 lbs for equipment or materials.
