Job summary

Coast Surgical in Southern California is seeking a motivated Associate Sales Representative to support surgeons and medical teams across an assigned territory. You will present product overviews, train staff, attend surgeries and trade shows, and help drive adoption of innovative ENT, Neurosurgery and Spine technologies.

Local travel is essential (approximately 95%), and we offer structured onboarding, mentorship, a clear path for advancement, competitive benefits, and a supportive team culture

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable in surgical/operating room settings.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.

Coast Surgical is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Associate Sales Representative (ASR) to support surgeons, collaborate with medical teams, and help bring innovative technology to patients across an assigned territory. This role offers structured training, hands-on mentorship, and a supportive environment where your growth and confidence are priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Grow and manage your territory by developing strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, administrators, and dealer partners.
• Present product overviews, training sessions, and tailored business plans that support customer needs.
• Attend surgeries, trade shows, and team training events.
• Use CRM tools to track opportunities and support strategic planning.
• Participate in structured onboarding, continuous development, and collaborative team learning.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs for equipment or event materials.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable in surgical/operating room settings.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must reside in San Diego or Orange County.

Preferred

• B.A. or B.S., ideally in Health Science, Biology, or a related field.
• Outside B2B sales experience.

Travel/Location

• Local travel: approximately 95%.
• Business expenses reimbursed.
