Job summary

CooperSurgical, a leading fertility and women’s healthcare company, is seeking a field sales professional to expand our reach in assigned territories. You will make hospital/OR sales calls, promote CooperSurgical products, and manage field activities.

You will plan and execute a sales strategy, complete training on products and surgical applications, and maintain certifications. Travel overnight as needed; report to the Regional Manager and contribute to quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1-3 years of documented and verifiable sales experience, preferably within the hospital/OR environment.
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons of various specialties, operating room management, and nursing and administration.
• Communicate to these professionals the benefits of using CooperSurgical products in their surgical practice and/or operating room.
• Plan and execute the sales plan to obtain the sales and business goals within the assigned territory.
• Complete product/training requirements and demonstrate competency in product knowledge and usage to Sales Management.
• Maintain up-to-date certification of training and health documentation as required.
• Willingness to travel and work independently within territory.
