Job summary

Distalmotion is seeking a US Marketing Sr. Manager to create and execute downstream marketing plans for the DEXTER Robotic Surgery System in the US. You will build regional assets, manage launches, and develop a strategic conference program to drive awareness and adoption.

The role partners with US Sales and Global Marketing to align messaging, training, and campaigns while ensuring compliance with industry standards and a focus on driving patient outcomes and procedural utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or life sciences.
• 5–7 years in medical device/MedTech or pharmaceutical marketing; at least 3 in industry.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel regional awareness and nurturing plans to generate and convert leads to sales.
• Execute new product and clinical indication launches with measuring key metrics.
• Create regional conference strategies to optimize ROI.
• Drive regional marketing strategies to increase DEXTER adoption in key territories.
• Support DEXTER activation events including demos and promotions.
• Provide field sales training on value proposition and messaging.
• Coordinate with US Sales and corporate teams for alignment.
