About Geek+

Geek+ is a global leader in mobile robotics and intelligent warehouse automation, helping retailers, manufacturers, and logistics providers build more flexible, resilient supply chains.

The Role

Lead planning, execution, and optimization of Geek+'s B2B events — trade shows, customer and partner events, product demos, executive programs, internal sales meetings, and virtual experiences. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to deliver events that are strategically aligned, on-brand, and measurable — moving confidently from annual planning and budget ownership to onsite execution of complex robotics demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the events strategy, calendar, and budget, aligning investments with brand, pipeline, and product-launch goals.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of priority events: venue/vendor sourcing, exhibit design, logistics, staffing, and onsite execution.
  • Partner with technical and product teams to plan safe, reliable robotics demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with sales on audience targeting, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and budgets, including forecasting and reconciliation with finance.
  • Measure event performance (attendance, leads, pipeline, ROI) and report on results.
  • Maintain event playbooks and templates to improve efficiency and consistency across regions.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in event marketing, event operations, or field marketing, including large-scale B2B trade shows and executive events.
  • Experience in a B2B environment, with strong project management, budget, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, able to brief executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working across regions and time zones in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20–40%, including occasional international/weekend travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in robotics, logistics, or industrial technology.
  • Experience with live technology demonstrations and booth sizes from 10x10 to 100x100 (feet).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Cvent, or similar platforms.
  • Strong executive presence under pressure and a continuous-improvement mindset.
What Success Looks Like
  • Events are polished, on-time, and within budget, with strong cross-functional alignment.
  • Robotics demos are safe, reliable, and compelling.
  • Sales gets qualified engagement and clear follow-up; leadership has visibility into ROI.
