Job summary

Distalmotion SA seeks a US Marketing Sr. Manager to drive downstream marketing for the DEXTER Robotic Surgery System in the US. You’ll develop regional, on-brand assets and programs, build customer relationships, and execute launches and conference strategy.

You will partner with US Sales and Global Marketing to ensure alignment, share insights, and support sales goals with compelling messaging and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or life sciences; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years in medical device, MedTech, or pharmaceutical marketing; at least 3 years in industry.
• Ability to simplify complex inputs into a compelling promotional story.
• Proven track record collaborating with corporate teams to drive adoption.
• Experience managing partnerships with external agencies for on-brand content.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel regional awareness and nurturing plans to generate and convert leads.
• Launch new products and clinical indications; measure launch metrics.
• Create regional conference strategy to maximize ROI and adoption.
• Align regional marketing with US sales objectives and brand standards.
• Deliver field sales training on value proposition and messaging.
• Share marketing initiatives and tools with US Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Set and review US Marketing KPIs within budget.
