Responsibilities

• Clinical Sales ownership: lead clinical growth of the robotic program from installation to ongoing stakeholder development.
• Implementation planning and coordination with internal/external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee the robotic program clinical growth, case support, and in-OR troubleshooting.
• Act as the first point of contact and liaise with other areas of the business and leadership.
• Record feedback for post-market surveillance and drive actions to maximize uptime and utilization.
• Monitor program success through regular business reviews with stakeholders.
• Support uptake of the digital ecosystem and deliver training modules per plan.
• Support capital sales and management with opportunities for expansion.
• Participate in events and collaborate with hospital teams to drive growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, legal, and other teams.
• Use CRM and commercial tools to track activity and ensure visibility across stakeholders.
