Smith+Nepphew in Houston, TX is seeking a Robotics Clinical Specialist to serve as the operating room expert for CORI robotic knee and hip solutions, providing hands-on case coverage and collaborating with surgeons and sales leaders to drive adoption and revenue.

In this field-based role you will train clinicians, support product launches, and identify growth opportunities within your territory, traveling extensively including overnight trips.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical device sales or OR-based commercial roles.
• Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment preferred.
• Proven ability to influence in high-pressure operating room environments.
• Able to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as OR expert for CORI robotic knee and hip solutions with hands-on case coverage.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology with clinical and sales teams.
• Support product launches, competitive conversions, and growth initiatives in territory.
• Train surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence in live surgical environments.
• Identify commercial opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to territory revenue.
• Represent Smith+Nepphew at labs, services, and medical education events.
