Distalmotion seeks a US Marketing Sr. Manager to drive awareness and adoption of the DEXTER Robotic Surgery System in the US. You will build regional assets, manage conference strategy, and partner with US Sales and Global Marketing to align campaigns and measure success.

You will lead content creation, regional training, and feedback loops with field teams, ensuring compliance with AdvaMed and corporate standards. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, business, or life sciences.
• MBA desired and experience with medical devices or MedTech marketing is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex inputs into compelling promotional stories that influence buying habits.
• Proven track record collaborating with corporate teams and developing strong sales partnerships to drive product adoption.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Developing multi-stakeholder, multi-channel awareness and nurturing plans to generate, qualify, and convert leads to sales.
• Executing new product and clinical indication launches, including measuring key metrics.
• Creating and executing regional marketing strategies to drive interest, adoption, and utilization of DEXTER in key territories.
• Supporting DEXTER customer activation events including planning, promotion, and demos.
• Delivering field sales training on value proposition and messaging, and sharing initiatives with the US Sales team.
• Ensuring regional marketing initiatives align with sales objectives, brand standards and compliance.
