Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting are required.
• 5–7 years of experience working in a healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a single-site or multi-site surgical practice.
• Lead and develop administrative and clinical support staff through hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure staffing coverage and coordinate solutions for staffing and operational challenges.
• Monitor practice performance metrics and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Partner with physicians and leadership to support strategic initiatives and budget planning.
• Oversee payroll processes, support revenue cycle activities, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team providing operational support and cross-coverage as needed.
